At Zelestra India we are implementing an ambitious development plan, targeting over 5.5 GW of complex multi-technology renewable energy projects including 24/7 firm and dispatchable power, hybrid projects that combine solar, wind, and battery energy storage, focusing on both auction markets and corporate clients.
With a team of over 160 people, we have more than 3 GW in development, construction or operation, reflecting our commitment to driving India’s transition to clean energy and aligned with our purpose of changing the world by making decarbonization a reality.

Parag Sharma Chief Executive Officer India
ISO-certified & Six Sigma Black Belt with 20+ years' experience building 7+ GW of renewable energy assets in India & Sri Lanka. Developed a 4-6 GW pipeline, achieved 1-2 GW annual commissioning across 8 states. Led vendor development & homologation for procurement of 1+ GW of solar PV equipment with asset management of 400 MW solar PV projects.

Rohit brings two decades of experience in the RE space with vide range of work from project development till commissioning. Previously worked at O2 Power, ReNew Power and Enercon.
Rohit JoshiChief Project Delivery Officer
With over 16 years of experience in investments, M&A, and corporate finance across the Energy and Infrastructure sectors, he has held leadership roles at leading organizations. Most recently, he served as Head of M&A and Strategic Initiatives at O2 Power, where he led the successful sale of the business to JSW Energy. His prior experience includes roles at Hero Future Energies, YES Bank, L&T Infrastructure, and Uniquest Infrastructure. He holds an MBA from XLRI and is a CFA charterholder.
Abhinav AgarwalCIO and CFO (acting)
Sunei brings 15 years of legal expertise in infrastructure and renewable energy, previously serving as General Counsel at O2 Power. His strong regulatory and risk-management background has been key in shaping business structures and enabling seamless execution. As CLO and CBO, he will lead the company’s legal, regulatory, commercial, and risk functions.

12+ years of renewable energy experience across strategy, construction, and transactions. An Electrical Engineer and CFA Charter holder, with a track record of playing a key role in building and scaling platforms like O2 Power and Ostro Energy through their full growth and exit journeys.
